…and so is the World’s Most Expensive Milkshake!
Waverly here with some officially amazing news!! The brand new Guinness World Records 2020 Edition is here and it’s awesome!! This year’s book is designed to “power our curiosity” and let me tell you, they did a GREAT job! Literally every page is jam-packed with interesting, educational and entertaining things to look at and people who have done some crazy and unbelievable things! It really did power MY curiosity, and I know it will power YOURS!
Every year, I remind my mom that we have to get the new Guinness World Records book, and as soon as I get it, I open it right up to my favorite sections to learn about all the people who are all over the world doing amazing things that most people would never even think about doing! This year, as soon as I got my hands on the book, that’s exactly what I did! I went right to the “Humans” section and checked out this guy, Lucky Diamond Rich who holds the Guinness World Records title for…hmmm, can you tell from the picture? 
In case you couldn’t tell, he’s the most modified (tattooed)! This year was super special, though, because I got to check out the book in advance, and if that wasn’t awesome enough, I got to check it out at Serendipity 3! And if THAT wasn’t awesome enough…well, you’ll see….but first, allow me to unveil the BRAND NEW, BETTER THAN EVER Guinness World Records, 2020 Edition!
This book is better than ever, let me tell you. Literally every page is filled to the brim with cool stuff to look at while you learn about like a million different world records that are held around the world. There are 11 chapters packed with thousands of records and cool pictures that will definitely keep you entertained and keep your curiosity powered until next year’s book comes out! Is food your thing? You will love learning about the World’s Largest Pizza….oh, and if you feel like making it yourself, don’t worry because they have included the recipe! I hope you have a big kitchen! I am obsessed with this new edition and can’t stop reading it!
Chapters like “Planet Earth,” The Spirit of Adventure,” “Animals” and “Robots” will keep you reading it, too, and keep you fascinated with the world we live in. This new book is extra awesome because you can find out what happened on your birthday! How would I ever have known that on my birthday, the World’s Shortest Cow was measured?? They have even added “Play Buttons” Whenever you see the play button by a record, visit their YouTube channel to watch a video about that very achievement. Also, I really love the “Snapshots” feature that lets you see just HOW BIG things are by showing them next to famous landmarks. Like that pizza, for example…
Speaking of food… Remember I told you I went to Serendipity 3? Yes, I got to unveil the brand new Guinness World Records 2020 edition while I was eating their delicious food and of course drinking their famous and delicious Frozen Hot Chocolate; but I was also surprised with The LUXE Milkshake, aka The World’s Most Expensive Milkshake, and it was presented to me by Chef Joe, who created this amazingly decadent and delicious masterpiece!! Behold…The LUXE Milkshake…
Why, yes, that IS 23 Karat Edible Gold you see on top, just underneath the Luxardo Gourmet Maraschino Cherry – produced in Luxardo, Italy, of course. Oh, and of course you’re correct when you notice the drizzle of Le Cremose Baldizzone (donkey caramel sauce – yes, I said donkey caramel sauce and my mom would like to add that you have not lived until you have tried donkey caramel sauce). I’m sure you also notice how beautiful that cup is that it is served in….covered in Swarovski crystals, it truly is a “LUXE” experience. Worth every penny!! in fact, after learning about the ingredients that go into this milkshake which could also be named “World’s Most Delicious,” I’d say it’s a bargain at $100! I started Kidsnewsnyc.com so kids could realize that there really is never a reason to be bored, and maybe that’s why I love Guinness World Records so much. It’s pretty obvious they agree with me, and they are busy making sure that we have an awesome way to learn about every “Un-Boring” person, place and thing that exists around the whole world.
Thank God for Guinness World Records! If it weren’t for them, we would never know about the people who are working so hard to be “officially amazing.” It made me think about how important it is to set a goal for yourself, even if it’s not a “world record” goal…but if it is, maybe YOU can be the next record setter!
